Anti twitter site of the day!

Well, it is a blog that is kind of like a twitter account, but different. It is funny nonetheless, and they linked to me. So check out the anti tweeting blog. I am not entirely sure if it is the same people that brought you the dullest blog in the world (which is worth a read), but it is the same idea.

They do a "tweet-like" blog post, and give a very exciting and insightful followup to said post. It must be liberating to have the ability to blaze past 140 characters en route to what some may call a life-altering blog post(that twitter just wouldnt allow).

I heard a sound outside my house. I looked up to see what it was but couldn't see anything unusual. I continued with my activities.

NY Times and People Mag stealing my gig - Not cool.

According to the carpetbagger blog, Ricky Gervais, creator of The Office and The american copy of The Office, is Anti Twitter.

(Ricky Gervais) “Did my first ‘tweet’ all by myself,” he wrote on his Web site in mid-December. “I may do another one tomorrow. So look forward to that. The trick is to confidently write banal self-obsessed things and assume the world wants to read them. I’m about to watch Celebrity Big Brother for inspiration.”

But just a few weeks and five posts later, he’d already given up.“I am sorry, but I am going to stop these tweets because I don’t see the point,” he wrote. On his blog, he explained, “I’m sure it’s fun as a networking device for teenagers but there’s something a bit undignified about adults using it.” And as a marketing tool for The Globes, “it would be a drop in the ocean.”

Bruce Willis Anti Twitter according to People. This is great news as Bruce is my "balding idol "(a cool white bald guy that I could look up to as a 16 year old, who was told by his hairstylist that going bald was an inevitability).

On using twitter, Bruce replied,
"Doubtful, doubtful. I just can't live with myself if I started Twittering ... I just think that way lies madness."

Its official, I have made it! My mom is going to be so proud. I will have to run upstairs and tell her the big news(she hates it when I yell up from the basement).

Can you sell your twitter account?

Im not sure. According to the site twitteraccountsforsale.com, you cant! Or at least you can't create a site that sells twitter accounts. Nice idea though!

UH OH Twitter. People are making more money off of twitter than you are.

Check out this article on WebPRoNews. Some guy sold his twitter account for over a thousand bucks and only had 1400 followers. Might have been a PR stunt :).

Also, you can pay Carrot Top to tweet for you at sponsored tweets. IF that gets you excited, you should check out bumvertising.

Who She is- Not really that cute teen vampire movie starlet

Why Shes Famous- She played the not really that cute female lead in the movie twilight.

Why she hates twitter- "[The paparazzi] find out where I am from the Internet — from twitter man!” Kristen tells Dazed and Confused magazine. “Anyone who wants to know where I am at any given time just has to go on Twitter, it’s so ridiculous!"

That is so ridiculous. Cmon paparazzi.

Why I hate Twilight- Not sure. The acting reminded me of the Gilmore Girls, and the special affects were right out of 1987. Maybe my heart is still with the lost boys, more specifically the Two Coreys, Haim and Feldman, who gave us one of the best vampire movies of all time.

But I have to sit thru movies like Twilight for my wife, because she sits thru movies with Jason Statham for me. Give and Take!

Hot twitter feud: Spencer Pratt and Al Roker

Biggest Twitter Feud yet? Al Roker and Spencer Pratt!

Nothing like a non celebrity and a weatherman going at it, to generate some good d-list twitter buzz. Spencer Pratt and his opaque beard were pretty harsh in some tweets to Al, who has apparently embarrassed Heidi an Spencer on Good Morning Today(show name error intentional) for being non-celebrity celebrities or something like that.

Spence Tweeted:
-I thought you were out of town today getting your stomache stapled again?
-you look very sick? Do you always look like your about to die? How old are you 97? You should retire asap- No one would even know?

That is pretty harsh. However it cant hurt all that much coming from Pratt who's celebrity only dwarfs someone who has appeared on one season of real world road rules challenge.
